Divine or coincidence? Photo of baby born in 'prayerful mood' goes viral

I don't know if this is humans being dramatic or it is something else.

According to reports, the baby was born like this at iftar (time of breaking the Ramadan fast) and has remained this way since then: little arms raised in a 'prayerful mood.
