Former Super Eagles Captain and Coach, Stephen Keshi has passed away at the tender age of 54.
According to reports, Stephen Keshi, the first Nigerian Coach to have won the Africa Cup of Nations, died suddenly in the early hours of today in Benin City, Nigeria.
He was rushed to Faith Medical Center, Benin around 12 midnight, after he complained of pains which got worse. He was said to have died seated on the front passengers seat of the car used to rush him in.
The Nigerian Police has reportedly opened SUD (Sudden and unnatural death) file.
He is survived by four children and his mother.
