Many people can't forgive infidelity especially when it is generally not justifiable.

All the three men stopped eating food prepared at home. They are still taking care of their children and their wives. They don't even care whether their wives are sleeping around. To them, they have expired having given them kids. They keep mistresses, and one of them has a child outside last year and it's a male child. He secretly had a court wedding with the mistress. His wife is not even aware till today.
Beating a woman is a punishment carried out by men who are not creative. There are ways to frustrate a disrespectful spouse without resorting to battery.
To me, beating a woman who has committed a great offence like being caught with a man in her bedroom or having one of her children fathered by her ex-boyfriend is like killing a terrorist who has killed people. That's not a great punishment. So, is divorce really the best? Not usually the best if one lives on some traditional principles.
The first victim of domestic violence i witnessed as a person was one man from my village. He was my great teacher who hated indiscipline and infidelity. He married the wrong woman for love. His wife completely turned their children into idiots. They lost their sense of reasoning and joined her in punishing their father whenever he spoke out against bad life. They would lock him up and beat him up. It continued till he died 4yrs ago. Today, his wife is the loneliest of all widows. By every sign, she might be a witch. Assuming she is; Can a man beat up a witch he married? Beating can't be a solution. Only mystical men know the best.
