Lady is Furious - Husband Refused to Give Her Mum Same Amount of Money He Gives His Mum for Monthly Allowance

My husband gives his mom a monthly allowance of 45k and gives my mom 30k every month even though he pays my sister school fees and also gives her regular pocket money.... 

I asked him to give my mom the same amount he gives his mom till my aspiring project clicks but he didn't oblige. Pls I need advice on what to do from dear mothers in the house cos am going crazy about this issue and am really angry with him.
