Funny or insensitive?

Vasectomy is a form of birth control for men which is meant to be permanent, and getting one done is not a decision any man will enter into lightly. Which is why when this image was posted online, some people didn't know whether to laugh or be angry.

The photo seemingly shows a doctor's 'present' to his vasectomy patients - and it's a packet of nuts.

 

The chilli-flavoured snack, named 'My Husband's Nuts', comes with a nice tag that reads: "Go home... relax. And enjoy your nuts"
