Abia state governor Okezie Ikpeazu was spotted giving an old woman N1000, but the actions of the governor have sparked an online debate.
Some are of the view that the governor did well by helping the aged woman and that it isn't every body on the streets he can give money like that, while others argue that the money is too small to effect any real transformation in the woman's life. If he wants to really help her, he should EMPOWER her and not give her chicken 'CHANGE'
