Beautifully Fake or Beautifully Fab?

Ghanaian Tv personality Peace Hyde's picture broke the internet when it was posted online earlier this week. She insists her rather outlandish figure is 100% natural and not artificially enhanced, but she looks like she is struggling for breath...or is it just me?
