This is an update on the 3 year old girl raped in Elelenwo, Port Harcourt by Chinedu Edwin alias 10kobo, .
As at yesterday afternoon, the corrupt Investigation police officer(IPO) Ngozi Jugo(030212) of Elelenwo police station was arrested and stern instructions have come from the DPO to ensure the matter lands in court, this time.
We need to encourage people to speak up and rid systems designed to protect us and ensure our dignity as humans is defended of corruption and impunity.Bad things happen because good people permit them by keeping quiet.
Ensuring safer spaces is our collective responsibility.
